Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship only within the U.S. Stay tuned — the scent wave may expand soon!
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Flashback Fridays might be vintage, but your shipping won’t be!
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: Yes! Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your scent fix ASAP.
💸 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on opened fragrances — once you spray, it slays.
Q: My product arrived damaged. Help!
A: Oh no! Send us a photo of the issue at [your support email], and we’ll get it sorted ASAP with a replacement or refund.

Q: Are your fragrances authentic?
A: 100%. We sell only genuine designer and niche fragrances — no fakes, no knockoffs, no drama.
Q: Do you offer fragrance samples?
A: Yes! We offer fragrance samples for select products — and every box we send includes a surprise sample to discover something new. It’s our little love note to your nose.

Q: Are your fragrances cruelty-free?
A: We’re proud to feature brands that do not test on animals whenever possible. Check individual product pages for cruelty-free badges and details.
Q: Are your perfumes safe for sensitive skin?
A: Many are! Look for products labeled hypoallergenic or alcohol-free. Always do a patch test if you’re unsure — your skin deserves kindness (and great scent).
Q: What’s the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?
A: It’s all about strength, baby.
